What is CARE?
The Companion Animal Rehabilitation Experts provide rehabilitation services for companion animals.
Our Mission
To improve the quality of life of companion animals by enhancing their recovery from orthopedic and neurological conditions, reducing and managing chronic pain and promoting health and wellness.
Our Services
CARE’s clinical staff assesses your pet’s total health and lifestyle. We work as a team, with you, to develop treatment goals and plans that suit you and your pet.

Referrals to CARE:
- The veterinarian or pet owner calls CARE (905-829-9444) to request a referral
- CARE faxes a referral form to the veterinarian
- The veterinarian completes the referral form and faxes it to CARE (905-829-9646)
- CARE calls the pet owner to set up an initial consultation
- The initial consultation report is faxed to the veterinarian
All patients must be referred to CARE by a veterinarian.
